E. Kent Hirsch received his B.A. in Business and Economics from Hendrix College in 1977 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1981. He founded his own law firm in 1984.
Kent Hirsch serves his community as Chairman of the Board of Downtown Springdale, an Arkansas non-profit corporation, a grass roots organization with the dedicated purpose for revitalization of the original downtown area of the City of Springdale, Arkansas.
E. Kent Hirsch serves on the following statewide judicially-related committees:
- Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct.
- Judicial Council Liaison Committee of the Arkansas Bar Association.
- Arkansas Bar Association Committee Responding to Unfair Criticism of Judges and the Courts.
Kent Hirsch is also a proud member of the 1969 class of Eagle Scouts.
Since 1977, Kent has been married to Judy. They have two daughters, Leah and Jennifer. All appear in the family photo on Mount Kilimanjaro.
Dogs comprise a significant part of Kent’s recreational time activities. Kent and his dog Gump compete in the Big Air Competition of the Super Retriever Series at Stuttgart, Arkansas.
Lee Bergman, Kent’s assistant, received a B.S. from the University of Arkansas and has 24 years experience in the legal profession. She returned to NW Arkansas from Dallas, where she worked as a legal assistant for several large law firms, assisting in numerous trials. She joined Hirsch Law Firm in 1999.
